World Vision

World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with communities worldwide in nearly 100 countries through programming in maternal, newborn and child health; HIV and AIDS prevention, care and support;  nutrition; malaria prevention; neglected tropical Diseases (NTDs); agriculture and livelihood support;  education and child protection; safe drinking water; advocacy and disaster assistance.

World Vision supports Ministries of Health and pharmaceutical donation programs to strengthen and expand NTD prevention and control campaigns, including supporting advocacy, capacity building, community mobilization, and robust financial management. We have over 25 years of experience working through gifts-in-kind to manage mass distribution of drugs, including supply chain management, commodity-tracking, and distribution of essential medical supplies worth over $320 million each year to protect communities from NTDs. World Vision spends $100 million annually in 57 countries for provision of safe water and educating communities on hygiene and sanitation to reduce the prevalence of trachoma.
